Holding table turns 180 Deg. so that the pearl or bead can be drilled from opposite side and hole will not be misaligned. Water holding post for cooling gemstones while drilling. Advancing lever to move pearl or bead into drill bit. Foredom flex shaft #30 hand piece not included.
